1. How do I schedule an appointment or sign up for a group class?
Use the contact form to send a notification. Please allow 24- 48 hours to receive a follow up call or e-mail.
2. Where are your prices listed/ What is the price of —?
services and prices are discussed prior to the first appointment.
3. Do you travel to your clients or do you have a studio/gym?
The short answer is YES!
4. Need to reschedule/cancel?
No worries! You can make changes up to one (1) hour prior to the start of your appointment. Simply go to the confirmation email and click on the “Reschedule/ Cancel” button.
5. What all do I need to start?
Equipment needed will depend on the type of appointment you have booked as well as the location. Specifics will be discussed prior to your appointment.
6. Are all classes/ session recorded?
Not all, but some.
Please Note: Photo/Video Release and Use of Likeness Waivers are signed prior to appointments. Photos and videos will/ can be taken throughout the day and some photographs/videos will be posted on the web site, newsletter, and/ OR social media. Please notify Rae if you do not wish to have your picture/video made public.
